Gifts to Children Fighting Cancer this Christmas
Many children of all ages are hospitalised and undergoing treatments to fight cancer at Christmas! Last year we ran a very successful and rewarding ‘gift-giving’ campaign and this year we are doing it again!
We have ordered 50 Annuals for girls and boys (age ranges; under 5yrs, 6yrs-10 yrs, 10 yrs to teens) to be delivered to Harlow and Addenbrookes Hospitals over next two weeks by our gorgeous princess Ava (aged 6 years and our first ever beneficiary) on behalf of Ava’s Pink Quest.
Ava’s Pink Quest is a voluntary organisation set up by her parents whilst she was battling cancer in 2012. Ava is now clear and likes to be involved as much as she can! We love you Ava and working with you to help others.
We are now in the process of collecting various gifts donated by our wonderful supporters and are ordering additional annuals and toys. On top of this we are purchasing a selection of iTunes and Google Play vouchers for the techno-teens of today.
These gifts will be delivered by our team to the Toni & Guy Ward at Kings College Hospital and Paul’s House [run and funded by CLIC Sargent] as we did last year.
